I was channeling Julia today for our Sunday supper . . . This came straight from “Mastering the Art of French Cooking.”

I served it with Bruschetta, using the last of the summer tomatoes, Carmela's Salad (here's the link for that recipe
http://dreamsandepiphanies.blogspot.com/2010/05/mothers-day-at-carmelas-house.html), and a glass of burgundy.

Bon apetit!
Looks yummy. So many good cooks i our group of peas. I am jealous!!
ReplyDeleteThat looks so good! I would have never thought to mix those items for a salad but I bet they taste great.
ReplyDeleteWow! That looks delicious!
ReplyDeleteMmmm - that looks like a perfect meal!
ReplyDeleteThat looks YUMMY! I may have to try this. :-)
ReplyDeleteAnd the bruchetta in the background also looks quite tasty! Are you working your way through the whole "Mastering the Art of French Cooking"? They would be quite the undertaking (although I bet you wouldn't take to falling on the floor, like Julie, in the movie!)
